Our Story

Near the beginning of 2014 Will’s company, Simpli.fi, had a work happy hour. The work happy hour was fantastic as usual with great people. Will’s new coworker (now turned bridesmaid) Madison Brown brought up the idea of having her friend come to join since the happy hour was over. The group said it sounded like a great idea and went along with their night.

Soon Will needed a drink so he went to go order another one. On his way up to the bar, the front door opened and Will saw the most beautiful girl come in. He stared and as the girl was scanning the room he thought that they made eye contact he did what any cool guy under pressure would do, he panicked and looked away. He continued to order his drink and repeated the moment of what had just happened.

He returned to the table with his coworkers a little defeated. Much to his surprise, that girl happened to be Madison’s friend, Kristen. In a desperate attempt to make the meeting better, he rose to go up and introduce himself. Eventually Madison and Kristen went to the restroom together (as girls do) and Will asked the group for their help to wingman for him for the rest of the night. Luckily they decided to come to his aid and the rest of the night Kristen and Will continued to hit it off and the rest is history.
